Good Deeds

I did my good deed for the day. Annette tipped me off to the fact that her employer wanted to give away an original Defender arcade cabinet, and if there were no takers it was going to be put in the dumpster. Of course I had to save it somehow, and there's just no room in our house for another arcade game, so I had to find another possible owner. A few message board posts to the arcade board I frequent found a taker. A hardcore one too, he lives in Indiana and is willing to drive all the way up here for the thing (he has 30 machines, and lots of Atari stuff). So, it looks like not only will it be saved, but it will get a full restoration! Nice! Glad to see it won't go to waste.
